Lumen services

Lumen employees (Active and/or Retiree) who live in a Lumen consumer service area and subscribe to a Lumen Service may be eligible to receive a concession (discount) on qualifying Lumen services. This applies to all employees except those represented by a Legacy Qwest Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Lumen offers two different concession programs to employees. All eligible employees may apply for the concession offered in your service area, regardless of your legacy Company.

If you currently have concessions, there is NO action required. Your concession will remain as it is today.
