You're eligible for participation under the Plan if:
- Are a Union Represented employee of a participating company.
- Are not considered an incidental or occasional employee, leased worker or independent contractor.
- Satisfy all other Plan eligibility requirements (please refer to the SPD below).
- Have completed (1) year of service unless your respective governing Collective Bargaining Agreement indicates otherwise (please refer to the SPD below).
